Brooke Callaghan Online

Brooke Simone Callaghan was born in Sydney, Australia on 4th July 1989. A bright, bubbly personality, this young actress has a wide ranging dramatic ability.
 
Her first television appearance was on 5 February 2002, at the age of 13. This was a guest role playing Shelley in All Saints. Brooke appeared in the first two episodes of 2002, and this built the platform of a wonderful acting career!!
 
She also appeared for the first time on Home and Away as young Judy, staying at the 'Drop-In Centre' as a result of a broken family.
In 2002 Brooke filmed her first main television role, a children's mini-series called Ocean Star. The seriese was filmed in Perth, Western Australia, and Brooke had a main role playing Gemma Carruthers. Brooke filmed two series of the show: The Quest., which aired on Australian television on Channel Ten in early 2003, andThe Mystery, which aired in 2004.
 
In 2003, Brooke was beginning to be known around Australia and secured another main role, this time in the mini-series Snobs. Brooke played rich-girl Brooke Bellingham, and filmed the series with her good friend Indiana Evans. In the series, Brooke learnt how to horse-ride, and had two stunt doubles for the riding scenes!! The series was Brooke's major project to date, and the  show won 'Best Live Action Television Series' at the 21st Chicago International Children's Film Festival Awards.
 
Snobs aired on Australian television on Channel Nine, premiering in September 2003.
 
Brooke returned to high school in late 2003 and continued to study while filming occasional guest roles. She appeared in All Saints again in November 2004, playing Juliette, a young kidney-transplant patient.
 
In April 2004, Brooke made her first appearance as Emma Dallimore on Home and Away. She played a guest role, a girl at the big birthday party who lied about her age. This was the first of another six episodes in which Emma appeared, as the cheeky, rebellious friend of Matilda (played by Indiana Evans). Brooke appeared every so often as Emma, her latest appearance being in May 2005.
 
Brooke and Indiana were the stars of the special 100th issue of Barbie Magazine in late 2004. The good friends did a fashion shoot and gave the readers tips with their shopping expertise!
Brooke also filmed two television advertisements in late 2004 - one for a children's toy called Bubbleator and the other for KFC.
She attended the 2004 Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards with Indiana and was instantly recognised by fans!!
 
Brooke appeared in a third television advertisement, for the Australian Idol Karaoke Machine in early 2005. In August 2006 she appeared as Annette in Blue Water High. After completing her HSC in 2006 at a Performing Arts High School in Sydney, Brooke re-appeared as Emma in Home and Away in August 2007.
